Born from a lifelong friendship in Melbourne, our story is pretty simple.

After spending over 15 years in the world of big tech, we noticed too many Aussie businesses were getting left behind just because digital felt like a headache.

That didn't sit right with us, so we teamed up to change it.

We build Custom eLearning and Bespoke Online Stores that actually make sense, ditching the robot talk for plain English.

Kristian is a Creative Director with over 15 years of design innovation across VR, AR, and games. While he’s won awards for everything from kids’ apps to high-growth eCommerce sites, his focus is always on making sure your project is innovative, on-trend, and built to perform.

Fun fact: For more than a decade, Kristian’s been at the helm of Well Drawn. He’s a creative at heart and still makes sure to get some drawing in every single morning.

John

Customer Experience Manager

With 15+ years in cyber technology and governance, John specialises in making the complex feel simple. He focuses on what you actually need, staying calm under pressure and making the smart calls that keep your project on track. He’s a trusted lead who ensures the technical side of things is always manageable for you.

Fun fact: When he’s not on the soccer pitch, John is the last line of defence for our clients. He brings that same focus to your project, making sure nothing gets past him and the technical side stays simple.

Wendy

Head of Learning Design

As Head of Learning Design, Wendy specialises in turning complex information into clear, effective learning experiences. With a deep understanding of learning frameworks and a background in the arts, she creates award-winning work for top brands that helps people actually learn and grow.

Fun fact: Wendy’s background as a renowned painter with an eye for large-scale work gives her a unique edge in design. She specialises in taking complex content and making it stand out for our clients, backed by a deep mastery of learning principles.

Nicole

Lead Training Consultant & PM

Nicole is a lead consultant and project manager who delivers training across Australia. With a background in emergency services and counselling, she’s an expert at navigating complex situations and keeping teams at ease. She handles the heavy lifting on your project to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays on track.

Fun fact: Nicole spent 18 years saving lives as a paramedic and working as a counsellor. That experience makes her an expert at managing complex projects with a calm, level-headed approach, so you can trust that your work is in good hands.
