Bonjour Mate was thriving on social media but behind the scenes the lack of a real online store was a massive hurdle. There was no way to showcase different course options and no way for students to enrol without a long chain of messages. Eva was spending more time in her inbox than teaching which made it impossible to be as responsive as she wanted to be for her clients. To continue her passion she had to find a way to monetise her success properly.
