The Challenges
Yarraville Bloom’s old website was a struggle for customers and a constant headache for the team. Navigation was confusing and important sections were buried meaning the business was wasting hours every week on manual admin and basic phone enquiries. It was hard for people to actually buy flowers because the shopping cart was hidden and there were no clear payment options. Because the site did not work properly on phones or show up when people were searching locally they were losing sales and spending way too much time on paperwork instead of floral design.
